Strategic Sales Professional for Canadian Institutional Clients

Job Summary:
This is a senior sales position focused on driving revenue growth and market share with institutional clients in Quebec, aligned with the firm's strategic priorities.
About the Opportunity:
- Lead revenue growth efforts to expand market presence and deliver value-based coverage tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Maintain market insights to identify opportunities that align with the firm's objectives.
- Advise clients on derivatives and hedging solutions, promoting their use and adoption.
- Streamline product client coverage and maximize team impact while collaborating with the broader fixed income team.
- Foster cross-selling across asset classes and work closely with the Senior Relationship Management team to build strong partnerships with clients.
- Stay current on regulatory changes to address client requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Robust knowledge of Canadian fixed income and derivatives products.
- A high-intensity approach with professional rigor, sales ownership, and key performance metric tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully cross-sell multiple products.
- Experience working in dynamic, high-performance environments.
- Leadership behaviors, including driving impact, urgency, adaptability, continuous learning, unlocking colleague potential, and partner collaboration.
- CSC and CPH certifications required.
