Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and optimize costs associated with products and services to maintain profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
