Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Alirang Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity and pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
