About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Consulting Project Manager to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As a key member of our operations management consulting firm, you will be responsible for leading projects that deliver measurable and sustainable operational and financial results to our clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to design and implement Management Operating Systems that drive business improvement and growth.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their operational challenges.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop evaluation and measurement methodologies to track savings and performance improvements.
  • Identify and deliver additional revenue opportunities for clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project team members.

Preferred Skills and Capabilities:

  • Total proficiency in MS suites, including the ability to develop presentation materials and reports.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM.
  • Solid knowledge base and experience with JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS, and ERP systems.
  • Solid knowledge base and experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
