Key Responsibilities- Lead project teams to design and implement Management Operating Systems, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement data analysis methodologies to track savings and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with key client stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Execute work according to well-defined implementation plans and schedules, ensuring adaptability in a constantly changing project environment.
- Apply recognized change management practices (PROSCI / ADKAR) to drive successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Management Operations, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment.
- Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies, with ability to develop evaluation and measurement methodologies.
- Proven track record of identifying and delivering additional revenue opportunities as a Project Lead.
- Total proficiency in MS suites, including ability to develop presentation material via Power Point.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written.
- Experience providing one-on-one training and coaching at supervisory and mid-management levels.
- Experience working in a coaching capacity with Senior and Executive Management.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to provide a growth and learning environment to team members.
- Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM.
- Solid knowledge base and experience with JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS, and ERP.
- Solid knowledge base and experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
