Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including preparing communications, progress reports, and meeting agendas and minutes.
    • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, action item tracking, and financial updates.
    • Assist with project planning, including preparing project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
    • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project status updates.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Requirements
    • Bilingual French and English is an asset.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Benefits

  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 3 days a week
  • Location: Onsite in Montreal
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
