We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Management Consultant to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As an Operations Management Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to drive business results
- Lead project teams to design and implement Management Operating Systems
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop evaluation and measurement methodologies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Provide training and coaching to clients on operational improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Operations, or Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operational Consulting
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Project Manager in a team-based environment
- Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies
- Ability to develop and implement operational improvement initiatives
- Total proficiency in MS suites, including ability to develop presentation material
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience providing one-on-one training and coaching
- Experience working in a coaching capacity with Senior and Executive Management
- Certification in Continuous Improvement concepts such as Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TQM
