Job Summary

Watershed HR Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Programs: Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs that support our company's business objectives.
  • Advice and Guidance: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Talent Management: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and experience with human resources software.
