Job Summary

UPS is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to provide support to geographies within their scope of responsibility. This role will deliver HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations, covering one to multiple UPS locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee concerns and workplace investigations
  • Support external and internal customers
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and onboarding/offboarding processes

Requirements

  • Recent graduate from Human Resources Management program or equivalent
  • Previous Human Resources experience required
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interactive English communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements for the Role
