The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in the Licensing & Advanced Reactors, Nuclear Safety & Licensing department. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

  • College diploma or higher education in a relevant field, such as engineering technology, environmental science, business, or project management.
  • 2-7 years of work experience in project management within a relevant industrial sector, preferably in the nuclear industry, energy sector, or engineering services company.
  • Training or qualifications in project management, such as PMP, is an asset.
  • Experience in working within a Quality Assurance program is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including SAP business systems or scheduling tools like Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently.
  • Exhibit customer-centric behavior suitable for a consultancy environment.
