Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Dovre Group, Inc. as a Planner – Project Execution Capital Programs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain outage plans for capital projects, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the Capital Planning Department to review engineering labor requirements and resource leveling exercises for future projects.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement a routine for undertaking selective activity duration verification and contingencies for future project plans.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in the utilities industry.
  • Expert knowledge of capital planning techniques and project execution methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Primavera and MS Office Suite products.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
