We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our credit department and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.



Job Description

  • Education: The ideal candidate will have a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, which aligns with industry standards in this field.
  • Experience: We require candidates with 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, showcasing their ability to train workers and resolve work problems effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Train new hires in duties and policies, ensuring they understand our procedures and expectations.
  2. Evaluate equipment performance and implement measures to ensure its optimal functioning.
  3. Provide expert advice on resolving work-related issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  4. Assign tasks and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  5. Foster collaboration among departments by coordinating activities and promoting open communication.
  6. Develop work schedules and procedures to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.


What We Offer:

Requirements:

Language Requirements:

English is the primary language used in this position, and proficiency in English is mandatory.


Work Schedule: This role requires a standard full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and minimizing burnout.
