We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at B-Pro Auto Credit Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining digital databases, ordering office supplies, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience with Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
