Role Summary
Credit & Collections Analysts are essential to our organization's success, ensuring timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders. As a Credit & Collections Analyst at HSE Integrated Ltd., you will apply the credit policy while maintaining integrity and client confidentiality.

About Us
HSE Integrated Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Calgary. This role reports directly to the Director of Accounting and involves collaborating with colleagues to mitigate credit risks. You will be responsible for analyzing client payment processes and implementing strategies to ensure prompt payments from customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze client payment processes and implement strategies for prompt payments
- Understand client issues and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Escalate issues to involve the right resources for implementation
- Develop relationships with key internal/external client contacts as a resource for the credit & collection team
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail regarding billing matters and coordinate with sales or operations teams for resolution
- Review accounts receivable aging status and follow up with customers for outstanding accounts
- Perform daily cash application

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization with exposure to Canada's energy sector
- A credit specialization (FCI or CCP) completed or in progress would be an asset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive demeanor with a passion for customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate/advanced experience in MS Excel
- Comfortable knowledge of debits and credits as it relates to the GL
- Excellent customer service skills
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year salary range based on experience
