About the Role

FLEX IT SYSTEMS INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
    • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Organizational Development
    • Design and implement organizational structures and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
    • Lead organizational change initiatives to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to inform business decisions
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
    • Communicate business strategies and objectives to employees and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
    • Experience with financial management and budgeting
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
