Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the coordination and administration of training and facilitation plans/programs, including professional designation support initiatives.
  • Provides support to the Human Resources team in recruiting and onboarding practices (entry-to mid-level positions).
  • Provides administrative support to HR programs and policy administration as the first point of contact.
  • Provides support on district-level projects/initiatives as assigned.
  • Assists with research and general administrative support pertaining to total rewards.
  • Provides administrative support for career management process and systems.
  • Provides implementation support to the district HR manager on corporate and regional initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
  • Working towards an HR designation preferred.
  • Some co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred.
  • Good networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks.
