Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Randstad. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational financial activities, including accounts receivable and accounts payable management, monthly reconciliations, and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and excellent organizational skills. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Oakville, with a flexible hybrid working model. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative and inclusive company culture that values innovation and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
What We Offer:
