Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in developing and implementing financial models, budgets, and forecasts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models, including driver-based three-statement models, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop and implement annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Design and deliver regular financial reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights into financial performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Financial Skills: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business operations and make recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
