Financial Records Specialist

KKD Cleaning Services is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Records Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong understanding of manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Posting journal entries and preparing financial reports
- Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies
- Preparing tax returns and other financial documents
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Strong knowledge of manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
