We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at The Canada Life Assurance Company. As a key member of our Continuum Financial Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Job Description:**

This full-time, in-office position involves providing service to clients requiring assistance related to their investment and insurance products. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, assessing and resolving client questions or concerns, and completing non-licensed services while delivering a professional client experience.

**Responsibilities:

  • Influence client loyalty and retention by providing consistent, accurate and high-level service
  • Investigate, resolve and respond to client non-licensable queries by researching further information, as appropriate and dealing directly with the client and our partners where required
  • Prepare and process insurance and investment requests, documentation and transactions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance requirements of the business
  • Contribute to team and department goals

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • Bilingualism (French, English) to answer calls from French and English speaking customers across Canada
  • Proven experience in the financial insurance industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and/or financial channels
  • Proven experience in a customer service related field
  • Knowledge of insurance products, service, mutual fund and segregated investments, service, Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, CRM experience is an asset

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,800 - $72,900 annually, plus additional variable compensation components of our total compensation package. Our organization offers a flexible work environment with opportunities for growth and development in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

**Location:**

This position can be located in one of our head office locations: Kitchener, London, Montreal or Ottawa.
