About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Part-Time CFO Services. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and be actively pursuing CPA certification. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with accounting software like Quickbooks, Sage, or SAP. Additionally, you should be highly organized, collaborative, and customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of financial reporting, including weekly and monthly management reporting, including reporting, analysis, and supporting forecasting activities.
  • Provide support in understanding and addressing variances to forecast.
  • Accurately record and process key account transactions, including vendor invoice verification and entry.
  • Review and allocate costs to ensure precise weekly and monthly reporting and key account reconciliations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities, such as aged debtor reporting and follow-up.
  • Actively participate in annual year-end audits conducted by external firms.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to support the finance function.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to support business growth and promote continuous improvement.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
