About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our Continuum Financial Centre team. This full-time, in-office position requires effective communication skills in both French and English.

Responsibilities
  • Influence client loyalty and retention through consistent, accurate, and high-level service
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to client non-licensable queries by researching further information and dealing directly with clients and partners as required
  • Prepare and process insurance and investment requests, documentation, and transactions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance requirements of the business
  • Contribute to team and department goals
  • Maintain workflow and process in an orderly fashion to permit backup to readily follow up during absences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent industry experience
  • Bilingualism (French, English) to answer calls from French and English speaking customers across Canada
  • Proven experience in the financial insurance industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and/or financial channels
  • Proven experience in a customer service-related field
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Strong ability to utilize professionalism and deliver high-level customer service
  • High level of attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • CRM experience is an asset
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $43,800 - $72,900 annually, representing base salary only. Our total compensation package includes variable components such as annual bonus and commission. The successful candidate will have opportunities for career growth and professional development within our organization.
