Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, support, and education to our patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support in a friendly and approachable manner, building strong relationships with each patient.
  • Conduct thorough examinations and provide personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal oral health.
  • Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits and treatment progress.
  • Prepare patients for X-Rays and take X-Rays as required.
  • Clean and polish teeth, floss, and brush to maintain patient oral health.
  • Bond and remove brackets and orthodontic appliances.
  • Place and remove arch wires.
  • Update patient records and examination notes.
  • Perform lab duties and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and leadership team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience as a Dental Hygienist (preferred but not required).
  • Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program.
  • Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within province, in good standing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Current CPR and First Aid training.
