As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
* Prepare and submit reports
* Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
* Arrange for maintenance and repair work
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Train workers in duties and policies
* Arrange training for staff
* Conduct performance reviews
* Co-ordinate, assign and review work
* Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
* Establish work schedules and procedures
* Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience in a related field
* Strong knowledge of inventory control software, purchasing software, human resources software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Valid driver\u2019s license and a clean driving record
* Steel-toed safety boots
