About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Jll's Services Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Hold a Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and other relevant certifications.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in inventory control software, purchasing software, human resources software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant systems.
  • Security and Safety: Pass a criminal record check, be bondable, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and require attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
