Server Operations Specialist

Eternal Tech Systems is seeking a skilled Server Analyst to join our team. As a Server Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Infrastructure Management: Adhere to established policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and practices to ensure the integrity of our IT infrastructure.
- User Account Management: Create, maintain, and delete user accounts for access to network resources, ensuring that access is granted based on business needs.
- Exchange Email Services: Maintain Exchange email resources, including mailboxes, distribution groups, and Global Address List updates, to ensure seamless communication.
- Security and Permissions: Implement and maintain user security and folder permissions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide ad-hoc reporting on IT infrastructure performance and security to inform business decisions.
- Security Group Management: Manage security group membership to provide access to files and folders for network applications and shared data.
- File and Folder Management: Perform file and folder moves, restructuring, and permission setting to ensure data organization and accessibility.
- Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer incidents/service requests related to Domain and Exchange administration.
- Project Work: Participate in projects as required to improve IT infrastructure and services.
- Documentation and Process Development: Develop and modify domain and exchange administration documentation, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Active Directory Management: Assist in active directory clean up as necessary to maintain a healthy and efficient directory service.
- Domain Migration: Assist in the migration of ministry independent domains to the GOA domain using Quest Migration Manager tools.
