About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at FBC Farm and Small Business Tax Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of warm referral leads, engaging existing members to generate referrals, and connecting with warm leads to secure face-to-face or virtual appointments with our consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our consultant team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Engage with existing members to generate referrals and build strong relationships with potential partners.
  • Research and identify local tradeshows and events for FBC participation and represent the company at these events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of warm leads, ensuring they remain engaged and interested in our services.
  • Set and surpass sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Customer service and sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Post-secondary education, with a focus on business or a related field.
