Job Title: Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Mag Events Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, including conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and weddings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote events
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event logistics, including set-ups, staging, seating, parking, and communication systems
  • Confirm and coordinate with speakers, performers, and other event stakeholders
  • Implement registration systems and manage event registration processes
  • Research and design special events programs, including menus, entertainment, and other event details
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Conditions:

The Event Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel required. The ideal candidate will be willing to work overtime as needed to ensure event success.
