Job Title: Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Mag Events Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetings. This is a key role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote events
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
  • Manage event logistics, including set-ups, staging, seating, and parking
  • Confirm and coordinate with speakers and presenters
  • Implement registration systems and manage event registration
  • Research and design special events programs
  • Work closely with the event management team to ensure successful event execution
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The Event Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to travel occasionally. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

The work hours are 35-40 hours per week.

Supervision:

The Event Coordinator will report to the Event Manager.
