We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Stone Paradise Limited. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
- Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members, as well as oversee payroll administration.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
