Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leader to join our team at Interac Corp. as a Strategy, Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our business strategy.

About the Role

The Strategy, Lead will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and developing business cases to support strategic initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise on strategic planning and execution.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and MBA (preferred) with a strong background in business, strategy, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
