We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background to partner with client leaders and drive analytics-driven transformation in the Retail domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies
- Engage with Brand and Functional leaders to understand business needs and opportunities
- Communicate the value of various analytics initiatives to executive stakeholders
- Synthesize insights and actions for executive business decision-making
- Guide analytics teams on key business considerations to be incorporated into solution design
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a business consulting or analytics role, with a preference for Retail or Specialty retail background
- Proven experience in engaging and making recommendations to executive audiences
- Strong insight synthesis, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Proven expertise in simplifying analytics for business audiences
- Background in driving and front-ending diverse sets of analytical initiatives
- Strong E-commerce and/or Customer analytics experience preferred
- Prior hands-on experience working with data
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Prior exposure to model development is preferred (but not essential)
