Job Summary
  • We are looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Subway Nanaimo South Island Hwy.
  • This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
  • Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports.
  • Develop and implement work schedules.
