Job Description:

As a Food Service Team Lead at Tim Hortons, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies

  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements:
