Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Operations: Organize and manage regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure sales team members are meeting sales targets and providing high-quality service to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
