Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee and manage regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure sales team members are meeting sales targets and providing high-quality service to clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a proven track record of sales success.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in an office setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
