Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the organization and management of regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess sales team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
