Drive Business Growth with Mitel

Mitel is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in the Americas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive demand generation and revenue growth for Mitel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize account-based programs to drive pipeline generation and customer expansion.
  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets and reseller funding (JMF/MDF) administration.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership and strategic partners to develop integrated marketing programs that achieve lead, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Manage and maintain effective partner communications, education, and enablement access.
  • Develop and report on strategic marketing plans that drive demand generation and revenue growth for Mitel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience.
  • 7+ years' marketing experience, including campaigns/lead generation, ABM/ABE, marketing automation, and Salesforce.
  • Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of multi-faceted marketing programs.
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems, such as Marketo and SFDC.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and constructive mindset.
  • Flexible, positive, willing to adapt and enthusiastic to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management.
  • Experience in managing budgets and reporting, including Microsoft Excel.
