Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Beaver Transportation Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 5-10 people.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher, Salesforce, and Excel.
