At CANADIAN DREAMS IMMIGRATION AND WORLD WIDE SERVICES LTD, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent experience, and will be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures
  • Delegating work to office support staff
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinating and planning for office services
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
  • Resolving conflict situations
  • Monitoring and evaluating

The working hours for this position are 30 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
