Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SIDH TRUCK TRANSPORTATION INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
