Job Description

Civicon Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, including delegate work to office support staff, carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, and reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Health care plan and permanent employment
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
