Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Axon Cabinets LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of our office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating office moves.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Private sector, urban area.
