Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and maintaining budgetary controls.
- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and ensure accurate financial records.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Environment
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
