About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ridge Vapes. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, team player, dependable, and ability to multitask.
