About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1001461 BC Ltd. as a Team Lead. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure that customers receive a high level of service and support.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that stockroom is clean and organized.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with sales staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
