Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at SKF Group in Scarborough, ON. This is a hybrid office schedule position with opportunities for flexibility and remote work.
About the Role:
The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service quality, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing customer solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate operational goals to customers and build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Identify best practices in customer solutions and align team development with customer needs
- Manage return of goods and complaints through root cause analysis
- Coordinate Orderbook Management and EDI transactions
- Support customer claims and deductions in accounts receivable
- Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years sales, account management, or customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years people management experience
- 1 year project management experience
- Bilingual English/French a plus
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to multitask
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
