Job Title: Healthcare Parking Agent Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Parking Agent to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Parking Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Present a visible and alert presence
* Employ strong customer service skills to greet, assist, and direct members of the public
* Ensure the safety and security of all people, buildings, and assets on PCH property
* Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
* Investigate and report on any PCH parking lot incidents in a timely and professional manner
* Provide photo ID and access cards for Providence Care sites
* Handle large sums of cash, provide collection audit, verify coin count, and coin deposit receipts
* Troubleshoot the parking gates and provide service to patrons using the parking system and gates
* Perform administrative duties as required

Requirements:

* Valid Ontario Security Guard License
* Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate
* Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
* Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
* Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check
* Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience preferred
* English proficiency (oral & written) is required
* Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
