Job Title: Healthcare Parking Agent

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Parking Agent. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present a visible and alert presence to deter potential security threats
  • Employ strong customer service skills to greet, assist, and direct members of the public
  • Ensure the safety and security of all people, buildings, and assets on PCH property
  • Work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to achieve common goals
  • Investigate and report on any incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide photo ID and access cards for Providence Care sites
  • Handle large sums of cash, provide collection audit, verify coin count, and coin deposit receipts
  • Troubleshoot parking gates and provide service to patrons using the parking system and gates
  • Perform administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate
  • Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine (minimum double vaccination)
  • Immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and TB Skin Tests)
  • Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience preferred
  • Minimum 6 months non-healthcare security experience preferred
  • Must be able to commit to full-time availability for no less than 6 months
  • English proficiency (oral & written) is required
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
