Job Title: Healthcare Parking Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Healthcare Parking Agent. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff at our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises
  • Monitor and control access to the parking areas
  • Investigate and report any incidents or security breaches
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate
  • Ability to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Minimum 6 months healthcare security experience preferred
  • English proficiency (oral & written) is required
